We are looking for experienced people for the FO, with proofed experience in the following files.
- Hands-on involvement in daily front office operations
- including monitoring staff to provide excellent guest service experience
- Cashiering and Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Calculating of Commission
- Training and developing of staff
Responsible in supervising and coordinating all the aspects of the Front office.
University Degree, Excellent communication skills, two years experience in a luxury hotel industry better if in a foreign country, good computer skills, good knowledge of Fidelio System. Good knowledge of English and another foreign language, well presented.
